Getting Started

During your initial visit, we will complete all necessary paperwork and begin our session together. This initial information gathering session will take anywhere between 55 & 85 minutes. If at any point you need a moment to breathe, drink of water or restroom break, you are welcomed to take that time. At the closing of our first meeting, we will make a plan to reconvene on a later date to follow-up and discuss next steps towards becoming your most balanced self!
